Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and nurturing these leads until they are ready for further engagement by our Account and Sales Executives (AEs). You will leverage a variety of communication channels, including phone calls, emails or LinkedIn, to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Your role is critical in building a robust outbound sales pipeline through effective use of sales automation tools and strategic outreach.

Key information:

  • Salary: base salary depending on the experience (7000 – 9000 net B2B)
    • additionally: bonuses for exceeding quotas and additional revenue from SQLs generated
  • Location: remotly (if you are located in Tricity or Silesian Agglomeration it would be a great advantage)

It is vital that you have: 

  • Experience: Mid-level experience (2-4 years) in outbound sales, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Experience in selling software development services.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (at least C1).
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales automation tools (LinkedIn Helper, HubSpot, LinkedIn and similar tools) and CRM systems.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing lead data and sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Identify potential prospects through research and database acquisition.
  • Qualify outbound prospects to ensure they fit our target client profile.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive contact list for outreach.
  1. Outbound Sales Activities:
  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn messages.
  • Utilize automation tools such as LinkedIn Helper, LinkedIn Navigator and HubSpot (among others) to streamline outreach efforts.
  • Execute follow-up strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  1. Pipeline Management:
  • Monitor and control the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Transition automated communication to direct conversations after initial engagement.
  • Conduct conversations on platforms like LinkedIn to further qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  1. Collaboration and Handoffs:
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and other sales team members to transition warm leads.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • Provide detailed lead information and context to ensure smooth handoff.
  1. Performance and Reporting:
  • Meet specified sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead interactions in CRM.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
