Master Data Specialist
We are looking for top-class specialists in the field of advanced analytics and AI to join our team of specialists. The newly created team of nearly 30 people will provide services for a client who is one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. The aim of the project is to move from classical DS/ML to next-generation extra-generative AI, chatbot, conversational AI, reinforcement learning, and blockchain.
The specialist in this position will assist in managing Master and Reference data including collection and storage of data, and perform data classification across all bank data.
You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
- assisting in the development of the Enterprise Master Data and Classification policies, procedures & controls;
- complying with policies, processes, standards operating procedures and instructions;
- following the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work;
- performing and maintaining Data information classification standards and matrix;
- classifying the data based on criticality, confidentiality, integrity aligning with security and business-standard;
- identifying and managing the master and reference data;
- recommending changes to data architecture;
- reviewing usage of master and reference information;
- developing procedures to maintain the master and reference information;
- delivering solutions for integration with 3rd party data sources;
- supporting effective consumption of 3rd party data by business processes;
- contributing to continuous improvement of Master and Reference Data Management processes and practices;
- assisting in the preparation of reports, to meet company policies and standards.
It is vital that you have:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience;
- good knowledge of Master & Reference Data Management; ;
- fluent English;
- required work on-site in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 3 weeks/month;
- knowledge of concepts, techniques and architecture required for data management;
- knowledge of Oracle EDW data model for banking and financial institutions;
- understanding of Enterprise Business Intelligence;
- market trends, competitor’s awareness and knowledge of the operations, products and services of banks and financial institutions
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to solve problems and anticipate various types of risk;
- ability to respond proactively to the concerns and needs of internal and external customers.
