We support road infrastructure maintenance in the Pomeranian Voivodeship with our IoT integration platform. Thanks to our team, the citizens of Gdańsk no longer have to wait for a bus or a tram as we deliver real-time data about public transportation timetables straight into the smartphone application.

Key information:

  • Level: Mid/Senior
  • Salary: 9 000 – 13 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract

Responsibilities:

  • running “end to end” recruitment processes,
  • collecting requirements,
  • publishing job offers online,
  • identifying talents in the IT industry and attracting them to join DAC.digital,
  • driving interviews with candidates,
  • organizing recruitment meetings,
  • close collaboration with the Recruitment Team, IT Experts, Marketing Team and the Head of People,
  • effective acquisition of candidates using various sources and channels of reach,
  • developing and maintaining solid relationships with candidates through excellent interpersonal skills,
  • participation in creating and implementing the Employer Branding strategy to build greater recognition of our brand among potential candidates,
  • cooperation with advertising portals, universities, and other organizations supporting recruitment activities.

Candidate must have:

  • at least two years of experience in IT recruitment and understand the challenges associated with it,
  • strong interest in recruiting people for complex, innovative IT projects, offering them competitive working conditions,
  • a clear understanding of what are the benefits of working with experienced IT experts,
  • ability to short and efficient recruitment processes,
  • a head full of ideas on where to find software developers and how to successfully reach out to them,
  • excellent communication skills in English,
  • team player attitude,
  • personal organization skills,
  • proactivity, can-do attitude,
  • open-minded, curious, and a robust problem-solver approach.
