Information Architecture Specialist
We are looking for top-class specialists in the field of advanced analytics and AI to join our team of specialists. The newly created team of nearly 30 people will provide services for a client who is one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. The aim of the project is to move from classical DS/ML to next-generation extra-generative AI, chatbot, conversational AI, reinforcement learning, and blockchain.
The specialist in this position will be responsible for participating in Developing, recommending & implementing of the data architecture frameworks/guidelines, processes, procedures & controls for data warehouse, operational data repository & Bl data marts. Performing the day-to-day and ensuring that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

- creating and maintaining documentation of standards and best practices;
- analyzing business requirements;
- implementing technical solutions to leverage homogenous/ heterogeneous technologies, architectures, integrated solutions and offerings;
- developing logical and physical data models; both relational and dimensional data models; reference data architecture;
- developing and documenting detailed architecture framework/information that outlines the structure, content, metadata, etc.;
- designing and maintaining analytical and data mining marts;
- directing the resolution of specific data architecture issues;
- ensuring compliance with master data and data quality requirements;
- mentoring and guiding the Data Architect Specialists on applying framework / architectural practices;
- supporting the effective implementation of change;
- contributing to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices;
- assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards;
- performing other related duties or assignments as directed.
It is vital that you have:
- bachelor’s degree MIS/ Computer Science of Information Technology;
- 4-8 years of relevant experience;
- fluent English
- required work on-site in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 3 weeks/month;
- understanding of the bank’s strategy, objectives;
- ability to effectively present information;
- knowledge of EDW architectural frameworks, and logical data models for the financial industry;
- experience in applying data architecture principles;
- understanding of integration, data management technologies, data warehousing technologies, and data technologies;
- knowledge of the bank’s regulations;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to solve problems and anticipate various types of risk;
- ability to respond proactively to the concerns and needs of internal and external customers.
