We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

Our Growth and Delivery Team takes care of new, potential, and already interested clients from the first touchpoint, leading the process through qualification, needs analysis, project estimations, negotiations, and signing the deal.

In short:

  • Level: Mid;
  • 8 000 – 14 000 PLN net/month – B2B base salary + bonuses;

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in selling software services and leading an entire sales cycle;
  • C1+ in English and Polish;
  • Experience in working with foreign markets;
  • Experience in b2b selling;
  • Closing deals of min. 100k EUR;
  • Experience in selling to small, medium, and enterprise-level companies (also through RFP processes);
  • Preferred locations: Gdańsk/Tricity or Katowice/Silesian Agglomeration;

Your tasks, responsibilities, and working environment:

  • In a fast-paced sales cycle, you’ll work on high-volume diverse and exciting projects with clients from Europe, the USA, and Canada.
  • You’ll work with experienced and highly qualified experts from different fields. They’ll support you with your tasks and responsibilities.
  • You’ll be managing a new business pipeline on the small and medium to enterprise levels.
  • You’ll qualify inbound leads and encourage them to start working with DAC.digital.
  • You’ll be co-working on outbound leads and strategies with the growth team.
  • You’ll be setting out a plan for your opportunities and executing through initial discovery, account control, and caring about your prospects.
  • You’ll be adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs to maximize the chances of closing the deal.
  • You’ll be negotiating terms with new accounts according to company guidelines and closing business deals.
  • You’ll get bonuses for exceeding target quotas.
  • You’ll contribute to the growth team development, advising on the process improvements, running internal projects, and training.
