At DAC.digital growth and sales is about understanding people and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile business development manager who is hungry to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience developing and managing relations with new and existing international clients.
The person we’re looking for will be comfortable with day-to-day sales/new business activities as well as influencing long-term company strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs. At least 4 years hands-on experience in sales (preferably software/digital services and products)
Experience of building successful sales outbound pipelines
Experience in international sales
Ability to travel internationally (valid passport and covid certifications)
Understanding new technologies; interest in IT, digital, emerging tech
Having own well-established network of industry leaders and senior technical contacts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sales, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Higher education degree
C1 in English
C1/C2 in Polish
Understanding the Customer-Centric Sales approach
Understanding the Account-Based Sales approach
Working knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn, Outreach.io or other CRM systems
Ability to present one reference contact (company or customer you worked with directly in the past)
