Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile business development manager who is hungry to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience developing and managing relations with new and existing international clients.

The person we’re looking for will be comfortable with day-to-day sales/new business activities as well as influencing long-term company strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs. Key information:

  • Level: Mid
  • Base salary: 13 000 – 15 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract

Objectives and responsibilities :

  • Generate new target prospects through outbound activities – market research, business analysis, networking, referrals, f2f meetings at conferences or trade fairs, and digital outreach
  • Identify needs and demand creation through discovery and expert calls, prepare proposals, lead negotiations and successful closure of outbound deals to bring on new clients to DAC.digital
  • Adjust the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances to close the deal
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing/new business best practices to build successful sales strategies
  • Partner with internal marketing, content, performance marketing, community, events, delivery and tech teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
  • Gather customer and market insights to adjust outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads
  • Develop non-standard methods of reaching out to the customers

It is vital that you have:

  • At least 4 years hands-on experience in sales (preferably software/digital services and products)

  • Experience of building successful sales outbound pipelines

  • Experience in international sales

  • Ability to travel internationally (valid passport and covid certifications)

  • Understanding new technologies; interest in IT, digital, emerging tech

  • Having own well-established network of industry leaders and senior technical contacts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sales, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Higher education degree

  • C1 in English

  • C1/C2 in Polish

Nice to have:

  • Understanding the Customer-Centric Sales approach

  • Understanding the Account-Based Sales approach

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn, Outreach.io or other CRM systems

  • Ability to present one reference contact (company or customer you worked with directly in the past)
