AI Solutions Delivery Officer
We are looking for top-class specialists in the field of advanced analytics and AI to join our team of specialists. The newly created team of nearly 30 people will provide services for a client who is one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. The aim of the project is to move from classical DS/ML to next-generation extra-generative AI, chatbot, conversational AI, reinforcement learning, and blockchain.

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
- working with executive customer stakeholders to define use cases;
- translating use cases into specifications;
- quantifying and tracking business value;
- providing oversight to technical resources and data scientists to drive measurable business outcomes;
- working across business and technical teams to deliver the desired value.
It is vital that you have:
- bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a similar field;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- fluent in English in writing and speech;
- required work on site in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 3 weeks/month;
- extensive knowledge of machine learning concepts, models and algorithms;
- fluent in the internal processes required to develop and operate machine learning models at scale;
- experience in defining functional requirements, developing detailed product specifications and associated project work plans for AI Platform / Machine Learning features and key enhancements requests;
- ability to frame a business problem into a machine learning solution / use case while also determining the feasibility and business value of machine learning solutions.
