At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with an innovative company focused on Physical AI and industrial robotics, enabling autonomous robot operations in industrial environments without cloud connectivity.
It is vital that you have:
- experience in software engineering, robotics, or autonomous systems, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions;
- deep hands-on experience with Physical AI, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or field-deployed robotic platforms;
- strong expertise in embedded systems, C/C++, edge computing, and deploying software on constrained hardware;
- experience designing and implementing robotics architectures that operate reliably without cloud connectivity;
- experience integrating robotics, computer vision, sensor systems, and operational data into autonomous solutions;
- experience working in industrial environments (e.g., mining, manufacturing, logistics, or similar) is a strong advantage;
- startup mindset with the ability to iterate quickly, solve problems pragmatically, and deliver MVPs in lean teams;
- excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical leaders, engineering teams, and external partners;
- proficient English (C1 or higher).

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:
- defining and shaping the technical architecture for Physical AI and industrial robotics solutions;
- supporting the development of autonomous systems and robotics platforms;
- advising on robotics, embedded systems, and edge deployment approaches;
- evaluating technical feasibility and estimating new robotics and AI projects;
- collaborating with engineering teams to guide implementation and delivery;
- supporting the development of MVPs and pilot deployments for industrial customers;
- contributing to technical strategy and product direction;
- participating in knowledge-sharing activities and technical discussions.
