We have an open position for a Administrative assistant to join our team.

As a part of our team, you would be working in the administrative department, mainly in the area of human resources. Day-to-day service for the company and its employees in the area of administration and human resources.

Key information:

  • Level: Mid
  • Salary: 5000 – 5500 PLN gross/month – UoP

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • one year of experience in an administrative position (necessary condition)
  • accuracy, diligence, willingness to develop and the ability to work under time pressure
  • knowledge of legal issues
  • knowledge of the English language, spoken and written, allowing for free communication in an international environment,
  • positive attitude to people and tasks (also repetitive ones),
  • closing the process of admitting a person
  • settlement of civil law contracts, creating accounts protocols, including online dispatch to individuals
  • preparing information for payroll calculation
  • sending bills, contracts, information to the payroll to the accounting department
  • constant contact with the accounting department
  • creating salary simulations for the entire month of employees based on data from summaries
  • opening / keeping personal files
  • obtaining data from persons joining individual benefits and informing suppliers along with providing the necessary information required to join the cafeteria program
  • calculation of leaves on the basis of received documentation employee and entering the TOMHRM system
  • stationary / internet shopping
  • entering parcels into the online system, sending documentation / prepaid cards / other
  • handling of current correspondence
  • delivering documents to the tax office
  • assistance in organizing integration events
  • creating documentation / lists ordered by the superior
  • replacement in the absence of a person in the team
