The Pomeranian Economic Griffin Award is the most prestigious and oldest economic award in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The competition has been organised continuously since 2000, and the aim of the initiative is to promote entrepreneurship and appreciate the best Pomeranian companies. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The title of the winner and the award are given to the best developing, innovative companies and municipalities.
The competition is organised by the Pomeranian Business Council and held under the patronage of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Krzysztof Radecki, CTO at DAC.digital will be a speaker during the discussion panel: Artificial intelligence – challenges for the economy and labour market.

The debate will address the following issues:
- AI’s impact on the labour market;
- the strategy to adapt to the new reality, especially for SMEs;
- the potential to use AI in the development of innovation of Pomeranian companies;
- AI’s impact on productivity;
- consumer, competition and intellectual property rights versus AI and the risks involved.
