The workshop is a one-day-long series of exercises designed to help you turn your idea into a solution map. If you have more than one idea, we can help you select the most impactful one on which to focus. If you wish to develop multiple solutions, simply allocate one day of the workshop to each one and we will work through them sequentially.
1. Assumptions and Requirements
First, we gather and prioritise the requirements for the new solution. This ensures that we focus on the aspects of the solution that will have the most positive and fastest impact on your organisation.
2. Use Case Deep Dive
In line with good design thinking practices, we base our work on real-life examples of the solution. This ensures that your investment in AI innovation is adequate for your current processes, as well as the needs of your teams and customers.
3. Process and User Flow Mapping
We map out the process to identify pain points and opportunities for automation. Whatever your goal — developing a product from scratch, adding AI capabilities to an existing product or automating a process — we will select the most suitable approach.
4. Risks, Blockers and Ethics Assessment
To ensure the success of the project, we must recognise the risks involved in what you want to build. This exercise involves identifying potential problems and obstacles that could arise during the project. This is also the part of the AI workshop where we address issues related to the ethics and security of AI, ensuring its introduction to your company runs smoothly.
5. Data Readiness Assessment
Data lies at the heart of AI solutions. Without it, it is impossible to create a well-functioning AI solution. This exercise focuses on identifying the necessary data resources for your AI innovation.
Please note that the data readiness assessment conducted during the AI Product Scoping Workshop will address fundamental questions regarding the project’s data architecture. 6. Outcome & Actions after the AI Product Scoping
We create a detailed brief that includes:

A team of up to eight people. A mix of skills and responsibilities works best.
Q2: How do we conduct the workshop?
The session can be carried out either remotely or on-site. It consists of a 1 day module, preceded by a short interview with key stakeholders.
For your convenience, the workshop can be split over two days.
Q3: How much AI Product Scoping Workshop cost?
A one-day AI Product Scoping Workshop costs €6,000.
If you would like to work on more than one solution, or combine the workshop with others from our roster, it can be extended by additional days. Each additional day will cost €1,500 in that case.
