Data lies at the heart of machine learning algorithms. Therefore, we need to establish the quantity and quality of input data available for the solution. We will discuss a labelling strategy to help you fine-tune your model, as well as providing recommendations for the ‘golden dataset’ structure.
4. Risks, Blockers and Ethics assessment
To ensure the success of the project, we must recognise the risks involved in what you want to build. This exercise involves identifying potential problems and obstacles that could arise during the project. This is also the part of the AI workshop where we address issues related to the ethics and security of AI, ensuring its introduction to your company runs smoothly.
5. Integrations

A team of up to eight people. This workshop covers technical topics, so the attendance of individuals responsible for systems architecture within your organisation is highly recommended.

The session can be carried out either remotely or on-site. It consists of a one day module, preceded by a short interview with key stakeholders.
For your convenience, the workshop can be split over 2 days.
Q3: How much does the Workshop cost?
A one-day AI Product Scoping Workshop costs €6,000.
If you would like to work on more than one solution, or combine the workshop with others from our roster, it can be extended by additional days. Each additional day will cost €1,500 in that case.
