About DAC.digital

DAC.digital works on software development and hardware integration (IoT) for logistics, transport, mobility, med-tech, and agriculture. The company specializes in so-called emerging technologies. Many years of R&D experience allow us to implement complex projects in AI, ML, blockchain, cyber-physical systems, or industrial IoT.

Digitization, and in particular big data and data management, are the strengths of DAC.digital. Last year, the team developed a remote management system for intelligent chargers for electric vehicles, worked on a device that helps people with Parkinson’s, or designed a system based on intelligent cloud paging systems that supports the care of the elderly.

Research and development activities

The jury appreciated our commitment to research and development. We have been participating in international consortia for 11 years. As part of the Productive 4.0, AFarCloud, and Arrowhead Tools projects, our company has worked and works with organizations such as Thales, Infineon, Bosh, and with research centers – incl. Fraunhofer, Eclipse Foundation, or, of course, the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The internal innovations implemented also had an impact on the assessment. At DAC.digital, in response to the need to streamline work organization and improve products and services, the implementation of the DevOps strategy began in August 2019. As a result, we reduced the cost of issuing one application by up to 80% by automating some parts of the process. Today our company can estimate operating costs three times more accurately and minimize the time of unplanned works and corrections by 20%.

Activities in the region

The Pomeranian Economic Griffin is a regional award. We are glad that the jury appreciated our work for the development of Pomerania. DAC.digital is a proud member of the Pomeranian ICT Interizon Cluster and the Baltic Sea and Space Cluster. We are also an active member of the AI Pomerania community run by Invest In Pomerania.

“We are very happy that we have been selected among the winners. Appreciation by the local community is extremely important to us. We are proud that we are developing our company here and we are glad that we can proudly represent our region. This is a reward for the entire team for their commitment and daily work.” – Przemysław Szleter, CEO at DAC.digital.
