Trading Platform Simplifies Blockchain Staking With Up to 10% User Earnings Increase

Pollinate identified a gap in the blockchain market: the need for more effective income tracking and potential to maximize yield on blockchain networks. They already had the idea formulated but needed a team of specialized experts who could bring their vision to life. Building their desired solution could bring them closer to becoming a go-to platform for users who seek to maximize their staking rewards with minimal complexity.

Through collaboration with external backend developers, a blockchain-savvy architect, a QA engineer, and a DevOps specialist, Pollinate has transformed into a multi-network staking powerhouse and became a leading platform for blockchain staking optimization.

User-Friendly Dashboard for Managing Income in Ethereum

The client contacted DAC.digital with a blockchain and Web 3.0-based idea because they were looking for assistance with a dashboard for gathering information on owned Ethereum validators that will be easy to operate for end users. The solution’s aim was to oversee the validator’s work and provide a transparent, detailed history of their income. This addressed a common issue found in similar platforms, where users struggle with fragmented data on validator performance. Without clear, reliable insights, users risk mismanaging their staking operations, which can result in them missing anomalies and potentially losing earnings.

Therefore, the first step was to create an easy-to-scale MVP application allowing users to do the following:

  • Create and register an account
  • Link wallets with the app
  • Connect the wallets with respective validators
  • Gather information to be displayed on the dashboard

In addition to the team Pollinate already had deployed, they decided to bring external experts on-board for the most challenging aspects of the development. Their experts joined forces with the talented developers brought by DAC.digital and together we laid the groundwork for platform expansion. together we laid the groundwork for expansion to other networks.

Innovative Compounding Feature to Boost User Earnings Up to 10%

Building on the successful Ethereum-based MVP, the collaboration expanded to the Cosmos ecosystem, marking a step toward supporting multiple blockchain networks. This gives users full control over their assets in one unified platform and eliminates the hassle switching between multiple tools to manage their holdings.

A key functionality introduced during this phase was the automated compounding feature that transfers staking rewards back into the active pool, allowing the rewards to contribute to future earnings. The benefits are clear: users earn more with compounding enabled, as an example we can take the CosmosHub (ATOM) network where we boost earnings up to 10%.

To further help users earn more, the platform was also equipped with an optimizing interval feature. It determines the best moment for compounding actions to lower the transactional costs.

User-Protection Capability Introduced to Safeguard Against Financial Losses from Validator Downtime, Fees, and Slashing Penalties

In addition to automated compounding, the team also deployed emergency redelegations (also referred to as Optimizer). This feature combines automated compounding with the ability to redelegate funds to better-performing validators. It does so by constantly monitoring validator performance and, if needed, reassigning funds to ensure reliability and optimal returns. A significant advantage of the emergency redelegations feature is that it protects users from financial risks associated with validator downtimes, sudden increases in commission rates, and slashing penalties.

On top of that, the project involved adding portfolio tracking to the client’s platform. Thanks to that, users can monitor their staking performance and income history across multiple blockchain networks, getting a clear view of validator reliability and earnings trends.

Multiple Blockchain Networks Offer Users Greater Earning Potential and Lower Risk

The project, initially focused on the Ethereum market, has grown significantly with the support of DAC.digital. Today, Pollinate successfully supports the following  networks:

  • Ethereum Network
  • Cosmos Hub
  • Secret Network
  • Lava Network

Future plans include integration with the Solana network to further  broaden staking opportunities

The expansion allowed Pollinate to provide users with access to diverse staking opportunities. This means that they now have more earning opportunities and are not dependent on a single blockchain. Such diversification lowers the overall risk of their investments.

Blockchain Staking Made Simple and Accessible for Everyone

The partnership has been focused on removing technical barriers to blockchain staking. Thanks to the optimization of the platform, users can invest easily, even if their technical expertise is limited.

Key steps to achieve that included:

  • Intuitive dashboards.
  • Systems that simplify wallet connections, staking setup, and validator selection.
  • Tools to increase profits and minimize risks.

Behind User-Friendly Staking Lies a Diverse Tech Stack

  • Kotlin with Spring Boot for the backend
  • TypeScript with React for the frontend
  • Ethers.js and CosmJS for blockchain and Web 3.0 integration
  • Gitlab and Gitlab CI for continuous integration and continuous deployment
  • Postgres for the base of the application
  • AWS for cloud operations
